Our new chalet WALSER is located in the mountain village of Vallorcine, the last Chamonix Mont Blanc valley upper village and ski/snowboard area before the Swiss border. The house is located at the bottom of Vallorcine-Balme-Le Tour’s skiing and snowboarding area accessible by foot or on skis. Our ski domain is one of the five Compagnie du Mont Blanc ski areas.
In the Walser chalet, you will find a ground floor entrance and studio, first floor full equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room, second floor 3 bedrooms and bathrooms on 3 levels and 210 square meters.
The chalet consists of:
Ground floor: a spacious entrance with bench, closet and place to store shoes and jackets, a 27 square meter studio with private entrance possibility to accommodate 3 guests, a laundry washer dryer, heater and boiler room, climbing stairs
First floor: dining room, living room, independent toilet with sink and terrace balcony view mountains
The kitchen in the center is fully equipped with wooden, polished concrete facades, granite worktops, stainless steel appliances of high quality A ++ minimum rating, bar counter equipped with 4 high kitchen stools.
The dining room is equipped with a long table for receiving and seating 12 people, a bay window balcony terrace brightly illuminates this room where is also a corner office and a high-capacity dresser.
The living room is equipped with 3 sofas in aged leather and woolen ottomans, coffee table in living room, ambient lamps, books shelves, large flat screen HD TV and WIFI box.
